GIFT IDEAS
Our vouchers allow you complete flexibility for your gifts. Choose a layout in the online shop and book a voucher for your desired value. All vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online, via the ticket hotline or at the theatre box office.
Our online vouchers make ideal last-minute gifts. Simply buy online, have them emailed to you as a PDF and print them out at home. Meaning you’ll still have the perfect gift even if you only order on Christmas Eve.

To ensure that your Christmas gifts reach you or your loved ones in time, we recommend that you order by 13 December at the latest due to the current situation at Deutsche Post.
Collection at the theatre
Our box office will also be open on 23 December from 1 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Why not drop by to purchase gift packages, vouchers and tickets here that you can take home with you right away. Our box office and Ticket-Hotline is going to be closed on the 24.12. and 01.01.

Our theater box office is located to the right of the main entrance of the Palast. Ticket collection and evening box office, always from 60 minutes before the performance starts.
Tickets can only be exchanged or returned if you booked them directly with us. Please contact the sales outlet you used otherwise (e.g. tour operator, external ticket office).
