Getting there
Convenient parking
We would be happy to arrange for disabled parking in the immediate vicinity of our barrier-free side entrance when you order tickets for wheelchair users. Parking spaces should be booked at least two weeks before the show at our theatre box office or by telephone: +4930-2326 2327
Entry
Barrier-free access
The foyer can be accessed via the side entrance on Johannisstraße (admission from 1 hour before the show starts). Our service staff will open the glass door there and, if desired, escort guests all the way to their seats. The theater hall and all levels of the foyer can be reached via lift. Guests are able to move around the foyer entirely independently, however mobility in the theater hall itself is unfortunately restricted due to steps. On show days, our staff are also on hand to assist via telephone from 5 p.m. until the end of the show (+4930-2326 2646).
Reserve a table
for the interval
If you would like to drink or eat something during the interval, we suggest you reserve a table at one of the bars before the show starts. This will guarantee you and your companion a seat during the interval, and your drinks will already be waiting for you.
Our disabled toilets are located on the ground floor and meet all requirements.
Acoustic support
for hearing aid wearers
An induction loop can help guests with impaired hearing hear the show more clearly.
